Established in 2000, ClampArt is located on West 25th Street in Chelsea--the heart of the New York City art market.

ClampArt specializes in a broad range of Modern and Contemporary Paintings, Prints, and Photographs, with an emphasis on early 20th-century American art (circa 1920 to 1940), in addition to a variety of Modern and Contemporary photography.

Aside from dealing in secondary market material, ClampArt also represents a number of emerging and mid-career artists, many of whom work within the photographic medium or deal with issues of photo-related import.

ClampArt has placed artwork in numerous important public and private collections, including the Jewish Museum, New York City; the Worcester Art Museum; the Rhode Island School of Design Museum; the St. Louis Art Museum; and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; to name just a few.

Brian Paul Clamp, Director of ClampArt, has nearly fifteen years experience in the field. Brian Paul Clamp holds a Master of Arts degree in Critical Studies in Modern Art from Columbia University, and is the author of fourteen publications on American art to date.
