BRAME & LORENCEAU was born from the fusion of two galleries both founded in Paris in 1864 -one by Hector Brame, the other by Jean Lorenceau.
Continuing in the tradition of their ancestors, peers of the legendary dealers of the Impressionists
BRAME & LORENCEAU is still under the helm of their direct descendents, who, with their expanded team of 15 permanent staff, have made the gallery a favourite for collectors, amateurs and professionals alike.
Located at the same address since 1921, with extended galleries of over 500 m2, BRAME & LORENCEAU remains faithful to their mutual passion for 19th and 20th century French paintings, works on paper and sculptures upon which its reputation has been established for several decades, all the while extending its field of activity to include the post-war period.
