The gallery Ewald Karl Schrade has two locations, in Mochental palace between Stuttgart and the Lake of Constance and in the recently opened gallery in the city of Karlsruhe, both in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The two locations are the result of a dynamic gallery development, starting 1971 in Reutlingen near of Stuttgart.
For nearly 40 years the gallery shows art from classical modernism to contemporary works of art. The main focus of Ewald Karl Schrade’s gallery concept is to create relations between regional artists, art in a national context and artists of international and worldwide importance. The magnificent baroque Mochental palace near of Ehingen/Danube is the headquarters of the gallery since 1985.
