Galerie B. Haasner was founded in 1985 and shows every year five to six exhibitions with paintings, graphics, sculptures, sometimes photographs and installations of contemporanian, in the tradition of Modernisme educated artists from Europe and the USA.

One main aspect of the Gallery work is the publication of the German painter Vincent Weber (1902-1990), who was educated at ´Bauhaus Weimar´ and a friend of Adolf Hoelzel, whose assistant he became in Hoelzel´s last years. He practised Hoelzel´s science of colour and taught it in his time as a professor at the Universities of Stettin, Rom and Director of the ´Werkkunstschule´ in Wiesbaden.

Another main aspect in Brigitte Haasner´s work is the collaboration with artists from US, mostly from the West Coast: the sculptor Fletcher Benton, the painter Fred Reichman (1925-2005) and some of their former students. From Switzerland are the photographer Ernst Scheidegger, the sculptors Katharina Sallenbach and Beth and Teff Sarasin (1931-2006), the painter H.C.Jenssen and Claire-Lise Holy with her wonderful drawings. Besides the sculptor Auke de Vries from Netherlands the gallery works with the German photographer Ruth Kappus and the painters Helmut Bernhardt, Tina Juretzek, Robert Preyer, Jiri Vincenc Slavicek, Uwe Städtler, the painter and sculptor Migu M. Syed and the sculptors Günther Berger, Thomas Duttenhoefer, the estate of Gerson Fehrenbach (1932-2004) and Helga Föhl.
