The Wallace Gallery specializes in the acquisition and sale of important American paintings from the 19th through the early 20th century. With a clear emphasis on those artists who visited Long Island, the Wallace Gallery has more than 300 works currently in it’s inventory of artists who frequented eastern Long Island from 1870-1890 as well as those artists who studied at Shinnecock with William Merritt Chase and those artists which eventually made up the Peconic School. The Gallery is located on Park Place Passage, right off Main Street, in the heart of East Hampton village.
