Porro & C, a young company founded in the spring of 2002, was established with the aim of operating in the highest segment of the art market in Italy , in the sale of important works of art, as well as in the management of important collections and the organisation of high profile and quality auctions. Casimiro Porro has chosen as his collaborators his son, Alessandro Porro, with years of experience in London and Madrid; Alessandro Galli, former head of the Old Master Paintings department at Finarte, and Kimiko Bossi, previously the head of the Contemporary Art division of the same auction house. Duccio Pallesi, formerly the director of the Rome office of Finarte is associated with Porro & C. through his own company, Pallesi & C.
