Luis Cruz Azaceta Biography
1942   Azaceta's works are in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; the Smithsonian Institution, New York; and the Whitney Museum of Art, New York, among others. He has been recipient of numerous awards, including the Cintas Foundation Fellowship, the National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, and the Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Grant.
Born in Havana, Cuba in 1942.
Lives and works in New Orleans.
